All things coaching and training was the original company idea, with executive coaching, life coaching, health and wellness coaching and finally the Academy for Coach Certification being the OG services.
Since the inception of the company in 2009, things have changed so we added a few more services based on what our clients asked of us. Branding, instructional design, and course design with plug-and-play material were added.
One tiny change came along: life coaching for us is in essence competence and achievement. It is intellectual performance enhancement. So, don’t go looking for life coaching services. Instead, look for achievement and influence coaching!
Hello, I am Pamela
This is my space to write about me, I was told. Tricky as they gave me very little space to lay out who I am. However, I have coached so many startups on how to pitch their ideas and have worked with so many companies and organisations presenting their work and values that I will give it a try.
From the world of teaching the English language from the age of seventeen in 1992, to setting up my own language school at the age of 22 in 1997, entering the coaching world in 2007 and setting up this company in 2009, I have managed to become an experienced business woman, trainer, coach, branding expert, researcher and course designer. Like Sinbad, the sailor, I have travelled far and wide, but I always return to two things: Tifanny’s and the family farm. My favourite things to train others in are coaching skills, negotiation tactics and becoming antifragile!

What would a company do without a financial wizard? We can afford to offer education and courses at zero cost, not only because our heart wants it. Fair enough, we believe basic education should be free and seeing is believing, but it is thanks to George and his wise financial guidance that we can do what our heart desires when it come to giving back the trust, kindness and good fortune we have received from our clients and our community alike.

Our projects range not only in scope but geographically as well. Our clients are located across the globe and we are proud to say we have worked with fantastic people in all continents. We have yet to work with people in Iceland, though. Hopefully, this will happen soon!
